The Problem
The founder had a vision: make will creation accessible to everyday families who can’t afford expensive lawyers. She had the legal expertise and a clear understanding of the market, but no technical co-founder.
She needed an MVP that could take someone from “I need a will” to “I have a legally-valid will” in under 15 minutes, all online, fully automated, and legally compliant.
The stakes were high. She was preparing to raise capital and needed a working product to demonstrate traction and validate her business model to investors.

Week 1: Validation & Discovery
